Olivier Dirdarian is the Founder of Talent Within Reach, a boutique search firm specialized in Consumer Branded Products with a focus on Retail, Luxury, Cosmetics, Health & Beauty, Food and Beverage. With over 25 years of executive search experience, he primarily focuses on senior and middle management positions for both publicly traded and privately held companies. Olivier also conducts Financial Management searches across all industries.

Olivier has a strong expertise in helping European companies to expand their activities in the United States.

Prior to founding Talent Within Reach, he was a Partner at Odgers Berndtson, a global executive search firm and at Sterling International, a boutique search firm, where he led the Consumer, Retail and Luxury Goods practice.

Earlier, he launched the Executive Search Practice of Michael Page International in Paris in 1998 and relocated to the United States in 2006 with a focus on international companies. Prior to his career in executive search, Olivier was a Financial Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte.

Olivier is a US and French citizen and has an MBA from France’s Ecole Superieure des Affaires where he specialized in Finance and Accounting. He is also a French CPA.

Olivier is a French Foreign Trade Advisor (Conseillers du Commerce Exterieur de la France) and has been appointed by the Prime Minister of France to advise the French Government on promoting France's international trade.

Marguerite Auguste is Head of Research of Talent Within Reach, a boutique executive search firm providing tailored headhunting services for mid-to senior-level roles, spanning from Director to C-Suite positions across various functions.

Since 2020, Marguerite's solid expertise in the field of Human Resources, as well as her past experiences in different countries, are important assets that help Talent Within Reach to quickly identify and understand the complex needs of clients, to adapt to the various issues encountered and to precisely identify qualified candidates.

Prior to joining Talent Within Reach in New York, Marguerite lived in Montreal for three years and worked for Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, the Quebec subsidiary of Grant Thornton, the 7th largest accounting firm in the world. Within the Group, she quickly progressed to the position of Human Resources Partner while maintaining a strong focus on recruitment issues. 

Marguerite began her career in Paris at the headquarters of Carrefour, one of France's leading retail groups. Over the span of a decade, she immersed herself in various HR generalist roles within the organization, focusing extensively on recruitment and HR development initiatives. 

Marguerite holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management Sciences from Paris Dauphine University and an MBA in International Human Resources Management.
